TDC - An Introduction
In the year 2006, in an informal meeting of educationists, philanthropists and social workers of Kanpur, it was felt that many students of Kanpur have hidden talent. But they are not in a position to develop their talent due to:
I. Financial Constraints II. Lack of Awareness III. Lack of Opportunity
It was also felt that they should be groomed at early age. Keeping above in mind Talent Development Council was established. TDC is a charitable society registered in 31st May 2007 under the societies registration act XXI of 1860. The society has been established to provide education and other public utility services to the under privileged sections of the society. The society also aims to take up training of manpower, professional education program & provide updated reference material for updating their skills.
The society specifically aims to :
I. To search and facilitate talented students in our education system and help them to explore their potential.
II. Provide vision screening for school children.
III.Providing Professional Guidance.
IV. Arranging Career Counselling as and when required.
V. Providing various Online, Offline courses for academics.
VI. Providing courses for improvement in Personality and Additional Skills.
VII. Providing various Courses for improvement of values in students.
